Fire-Ice Traffic Terms

By registering for Fire-Ice Traffic you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Fire-Ice Traffic , you may only register for ONE Fire-Ice Traffic account.

You may not promote Fire-Ice Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Fire-Ice Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Fire-Ice Traffic account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Fire-Ice Traffic . Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Fire-Ice Traffic is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Fire-Ice Traffic , please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Fire-Ice Traffic account may also be deleted.

*All sites must be 100% in English.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No gambling or casino sites

Pop Up/Pop Under Policy

*No sites containing pop ups or pop unders will be allowed that interfere with the surf and will be deleted immediately if found or reported. If a surfer has to push on a pop up to leave that page then it is not allowed. If the pop up however does not interfere with the person surfing to the next page then it is acceptable.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content nor any advertising containing scantily clad women or men.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms. Rotators can be iffy when it comes to the surf and hanging up. If the system kicks back a rotator a few times as not working properly for, whatever reason, I will have no choice but to keep it out of rotation. If this occurs I will contact the rotator owner and let them know they are welcome to try a different one. This is in the best interest of all members so that everyone can enjoy a better surfing experience.

*Google Adsense Sites may not be shown on Fire-Ice Traffic as this is against the rules of Google, they will delete your account if they catch you showing such sites on traffic exchanges. If I see any such sites on Fire-Ice Traffic I will delete them immediately no questions asked.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

* Fire-Ice Traffic will not be a site for people to attack other people in the surf through the use of derogatory splash pages or messages. Please check your personal vendettas at the door. You will be warned only once after that if you fail to heed this condition your account will be canceled and any traffic credits or commissions owed to you will not be reimbursed.

*Fire-Ice Traffic has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable and will check sites often to make sure all are in compliance.

If You Violate Any Part Of These Terms You Will Only Be Warned A Couple Of Times Only. If You Persist In Breaking These Terms Your Account Will Be Deleted And You WILL NOT Be Reimbursed For Any Commissions Owed or Any Accrued Credits.

When you provide us with personal information, it is handled according to the following policy:

Customer Feedback and Support.
Provides a method for requesting product information and support services from
Fire-Ice Traffic . It is also used to tell us how we can improve our products/services to better meet your needs.

Correspondence:
Correspondence received by Fire-Ice Traffic is kept strictly confidential and is not given or sold to third parties.
Fire-Ice Traffic does not send unsolicited email advertisements under any circumstance and is not responsible for the actions of its affiliates.
If you feel an affiliate has abused our Zero-Tolerance spam policy, please contact us by forwarding the offending email.

We will contact you with updates, offers and relevant information as well as a newsletter as part of our service. If you do not wish to receive these, then you can delete your account in the main member's area at anytime.

Double Opt-In:
After joining Fire-Ice Traffic , you will receive a confirmation email containing your login information. To activate your membership, you must verify and acknowledge that you joined.

Personal Information:
Sensitive information is not gathered or stored at Fire-Ice Traffic .
Authorized third parties such as payment processors, may need access to some of your personal information.
If we need to ship a product to you, we must share your name and address with shipping companies, etc.

Linked web sites:
Fire-Ice Traffic facilitates links and advertisements for its members.
Since we do not control the content of these web sites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) third party sites.
These third party websites may or may not contain cookies for end-user data retrieval purposes.

Cookies:
Fire-Ice Traffic does use cookie data so that the site can function properly by confirming when you are logged into or out of this website.

At This Time Fire-Ice Traffic does not use 3rd party advertising, but if in the future we choose to do so and any is handled by Google's DoubleClick Network
then the following will pertain to those ads.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of traffic exchanges it is made very clear what you are purchasing when you make a purchase here at Fire-Ice Traffic and we have information available as well as a support line if you have trouble understanding how best to utilize any advertising you purchase. For this reason Fire-Ice Traffic does not give refunds (ALL SALES ARE FINAL). In the event of an issue with a payment processor not completing a transaction properly those occurrences will be handled on a case by case basis with the normal outcome being some extra compensation, for your troubles, in the form of extra advertising.

Commission Policy
Commissions are paid when a members balance has reached $30.00 USD. When that is reached, Fire-Ice Traffic will pay such commissions earned 14 days or longer ago.
